Though neither come with any of our standard food packages, a salad and/or appetizers are available for an additional fee. We offer a salad option, each with homemade dressing, starting at at a cost of $3.00 per person and a choice of 4 appetizer options at a cost of $200 for the first appetizer and an additional $150 for each additional one.

Fresh Garden Salad - A mix of fresh Spring greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion rings topped with croutons and finished with our own homemade Ranch dressing.
Caesar Salad - Crisp Romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and croutons, tossed with our version of homemade Caesar dressing.

Appetizers
New Orleans Style Baked Macaroni and Cheese Bites - A custard of eggs and heavy cream added to bucatini noodles and cheese portioned into bite-sized rounds then baked until the custard is firm.
Traditional Caprese - Fresh basil, tomato and mozzarella skewers, sprinkled with red pepper flakes and drizzled with a balsamic glaze.
Artichoke Hearts wrapped in Bacon - Marinated artichoke hearts wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon and cooked until bacon is crispy.
Tangy Eggplant Hummus - Roasted red peppers, white beans and eggplant served with pita chips for dipping.
